This past week was very busy for us. Preparing for the holidays means cleaning, cooking, and for us… building a chuppah. The Chuppah is a canopy traditionally used in a Jewish wedding ceremony. The four pillars and top of the chuppah are covered in white fabrics such as organza, silk, and chiffon. The chuppah represents hospitality to one's guests and the home the couple will build together. Although chuppahs are traditionally used in Jewish ceremonies there has been a modern trend of using the canopy for ceremonies outside of the Jewish faith. The chuppah can create the perfect alter for ceremonies outdoors or in a large ballroom. If you are interested in having a chuppah at your ceremony please let us know. Rent our chuppah for your special day!
